#!markdown But how can you claim something is being co-opted when there is very little chance you've seen the other video? I'm not talking within one industry/sport here. That was a video ad made for scooter tires, a market hardly related to MTB. So it's a coincidence that they used the same song, not a case of reusing a song. Maybe you're right about a deep pool of music available to be used, however choosing music for a vid is a really tough part of the job and some music is more suitable and therefore more likely to be seen in more than one place. Could I have written 'more' more in that last sentence? (time to knock off and go riding, I'm over this screen right now)
