I don't ever plan on trying clipless. I've ridden flats on every bike I have
ever owned, and the idea the being clipped in and having that static
attachment point is frightening. I know that with my 5-10's and a solid pedal
I don't ever think about them. I seem to keep up with my clipless friends just
fine. So…long story short, ride what you are most comfy with. For me, I will
keep my flats and 5-10's and just enjoy my time on two wheels. Party on Wayne!
