Please -- bill me fairly. Obamacare isn't quite as thrifty or cost-conscious
as your national program, but that doesn't mean I have a lot of USD to throw
at you. I'm not the US Govt, and I'm not a MD who works 15 hrs/week for
500k/yr income.
