I'm sceptical if this is a valid scenario. Motorbikes already exist, no need to reinvent them.
And one of the main reasons why Ebikes are selling so well is the promise of doing (or claiming to do) a physical sport, but without the effort. Once you go full moto, all that sporty pretense is gone and with it one of the largest selling points.
