Reviving an old review! I just installed my Aeffect R cranks, and pardon my ignorance, but the manual they had in the box is for the regular Aeffect (non-R) crank. I've never used a self-extracting bold before and I don't want to screw up (no pun intended!). To install, I just tighten with the 8mm bolt, and to extract I just unscrew the 8mm bolt until it bumps into the cap and I continue until prys it from the axle ? I don't screw or unscrew the 10mm hex cap I guess? Also, using the 137mm axle with a 73mm BB (1 spacer on the DS) and the regular spacers, I only have 11,3mm of splines showing before putting the drive side arm on. Is that alright ? It seemed a bit thin to me, but that might be completely normal. Thanks!
