Seems AC's public relations policy is to deny all responsibility of every
claim until social media shames them to do otherwise. There's no way the bag
is to blame or the damage is typical of any air transport. That bag was jammed
somewhere in their handling system and had a conveyor running over it for a
long time before it was cleared.
