It would be an amazing second bike for _me_, considering where I live and what my personal objective are, but for a lot of people it would be a great primary or only bike. If was to get a smaller bike like this as a second bike, there are also lots of other models to choose from that come with a lower price tag. This is the top of the line Furtado, and I agree that if it was going into second bike territory, I'd be hard pressed to splurge for top of the line everything.
