#!markdown Congratulations. It is just right that Air Canada and the rest of the airline airline industry must be held accountable upon entrusting our luggage / possessions with them. This wouldn't have happened if the baggage handlers took diligent care of this - we do all know how they treat passenger's luggage / possessions, right?. Air Canada should start evaluating their people who handle these and adhere to strict policies. Their employee's screw up will always severely cost them money.
