Brought a tear as soon as I saw the pic of Monty, remembered my Bud I lost 4 years ago and still miss and my Mum who we lost in 2021during Covid and all the same pandemic craziness and restrictions. sorry about your Dad and your son, glad to hear he's doing better.
Isn't always easy to push that next pedal stroke, but it's the only thing we can do, I'm thankful for all of Buds' other siblings that made me have to push that next stroke, without them, who knows.
Amazing how it's only when you get older and has mostly "wasted" it that you come to fully understand the saying "Youth is wasted on the young". How I wish I'd gotten into MTBing in my 20's, but fitness came pretty easy back then and stretching wasn't a necessity just to get out of bed, let alone after "exercise". Was my fittest at 37.
