I did a test sit, car park pedal and wheelie on a large the other day to check this question myself. I am 'only' 6'2" with same wing span and 34" inseam and I would not ride the Large over the XL. Perhaps if I spent my entire life braaping berms and on the back wheel but there is not enough effective reach for my legs (pedalling and tech climbing pedalling turns) without doing something horrible like running a 70 mm stem. The We Are One Facebook group are a good bunch - see if there is someone in your area that will let you have a test fit sit.
