It sounds like our opinions are pretty much the exact same! I only ran the 2.3
HR2 on the rear and I was underwhelmed. The High Roller 2 is super slow
rolling in both 2.3 and 2.4. All comments on the High Roller 2 above are
regarding the 2.4, which as you noted is very different to the 2.3. I like the
2.4″ HR2 on the front on the shore in the wet, not such a big fan in the
summer.
Dry loamy trails are all soft and slow and boring. So I usually just do laps
with my endurbros on CBC and Neds.
