The Mezzer, like DVO forks, need to have a travel spacer removed/added to change travel, so that would mean opening up the air spring when you want to swap bike modes. The thing with rear shocks that use travel spacers, is they retain the same eye-to-eye measurement at full extension, it's just the stroke length that changes. The Arrival 152 is designed around a shock that has a shorter eye-to-eye AND shorter stroke, so you would need a second shock to accomplish that change.
