Cheers for posting! I know that MicroShift thumb shifters get solid reviews but I'm still all-in on the DuraAce barcon/Paul Thumbie plate combo.
I've recently been experimenting with [**over-and-under the bar**](https://meatengines.com/f/under-the-bar-thumb-shifting) setups. I do think I'll end up back above the bar, but it's been interesting.
