Glad to hear you appreciated the customer service. The issue that you have expirenced has effected only 4 riders so far that we are aware. The straps are a wear item and can be replaced with anything that might suite you better. Your feedback is appreciated and we are already looking at how the edges of the slots can we made less sharp. We think we have a solution and are working to release a less sharp version.
