Not to be that guy, but I actually can explain the 4-way stretch thing. 2-way stretch refers to a material that eithe stretches on a horizontal OR vertical plane (2-way, left and right or up and down). 4-way stretch is named as such because it stretches on both axes (left, right, up, down, adds up to 4-way).
