Rock Shox has had two bushings separated by a "rubber thing" in the seal head for years, nothing new there.The fact that Fox now has the same design in the Float X is new however.... ;)
As someone who has had multiple coil shock pistons unthread while riding due to questionable frame alignment/design/QC, that keyed piston is a great idea! Now you'll just have massive glide ring/damper body wear....
