That’s not a funny car wheel. Funny cars have full Fiberglas bodies. That’s a AA/FD or similar. Rail, slingshot are other names for these dragsters. From the lack of aero stuff I’d guess an old front engine dragster. Do have pics of the entire car? Drag racing was my first love when I was 13 or so.
