Those Hayes Stroker bring back bad memories of trying to ride Les Deux Alpes / Alpe d'Huez (and Mega) on them. I somehow managed to survive the week though. I can vouch for Cura 2s as a good, reasonably priced (at least in UK at £80 per end) brake.
