I sent the letter. Definitely US of 'Murica, east coast. It's been going on
for a few years now, but calmed down for a while. It recently popped back up
and this time has gathers local and to a degree national news. There's rumors
of the razorboards being placed on ramps, so the rider slices the tire mid-
air, which is not a fun landing.
