Looks like [Rivendell Bicycle Works](https://www.rivbike.com/blogs/grant-petersens-blog/2022-1) will soon be stocking 7 speed cassettes in 13-42, 13-34, 11-34... "two might be a lifetime supply even if you're 24 years old."
In a few months, they may have 7 speed x 135mm hubs (probably rim brake).
