Apologies I missed this. I haven't ridden the ENVE fork personally. The first-hand opinions that I trust are that it's lightweight and expensive and like the vast majority of carbon products people attribute some noise-canceling properties to it that simply don't exist.
As always with this stuff, different riding styles and trails may deliver different experiences.
