Thanks, Running too much sag and then trying to use the IRT for mid-stroke support creates an awful binary falling into concrete feeling. The two chambers need to be balanced so the fork can be smooth and supportive. It's easy enough to add travel spacers and that's what I recommend doing. - Since you said "a fork" not "this fork" I will note that with a coil negative spring and a really lightweight rider sometimes it makes sense to run a fork with a longer stroke than what you're actually looking for because the negative spring at a given positive air pressure will actually pull the fork down to a shorter travel. That's not the case here as the negative spring is air as well and is balanced against the positive pressure.  - _"My suggestion is to first air up the IRT chamber to 1/2 naked body-weight and then air up the positive/negative chamber to 1/3 naked body-weight and then bracket both the total positive/negative pressure and the gap between main pressure and IRT pressure to find your best personal settings. If it helps I'm running 20% sag."_
