I just performed this upgrade on my 2017 MY Lyrik RC with 160mm of travel. The only special tools needed were basically a Shimano cassette socket (splined thing) and a vice with aluminum jaws to clamp the steerer tube into while servicing the fork. I could not find any fork oil specified by Rockshox anywhere locally, so I ended up using some Maxima 5wt racing fork oil for motorcycles. It seems to work identically. 10mL per leg. I'm 210 lbs kitted up as well, but currently messing around with pressure, only 3 clicks of rebound.
