CO2 buildup in the atmosphere contributes to global warming. Other greenhouse gasses include water vapor (which you also exhale), and methane (which comes out the other end). Just because there are also natural causes doesn't mean its not a problem. Apple seeds have cyanide. Crucially, the CO2 you exhale was already in the current carbon cycle - its from plants and stuff you ate (the C is, anyway), not from sequestered sources like oil, gas, coal, or other fossil fuels. Its also an order of magnitude less than what we're burning - somewhere well south of 10% (and, again, its from a closed loop cycle).
