I took my son mountain biking for the first time when he was 4. Now, at 15, he's spending his grade twelve year with world class mtb academy, traveling the world and riding bikes. His younger sisters are just starting to show interest at 10 and 12. The good thing with bikes is its never too late to start and you don't need to be at any particular skill level to experience the pure joy and stoke it delivers.
