Combine that with Lee’s formula for bar width, and I have a setup that I really like. He also has a video on bar sweep. It won’t be for everyone (it can’t be) but those three videos really helped me to dial in the fit on my bike. Plus these measurements are transferable when you switch frames. Highly recommend.
