Not going to be drawn into it here, but I disagree heartily. The difference in power output between an e-bike and any motorbike (regardless of power source) is massive. Top speed is irrelevant and using that as part of the argument just illustrates you probably haven't ridden one. I've ridden lots of pedelecs and one throttled e-bike and it's a very different experience. Continue to hate if you like, but ride one before fully committing to that opinion.
