I'd have to disagree regarding Knolly's geometry.  They've been right at the sharp end of geo for few years now with their new gen of bikes.  Arguably their previous gen was ahead of it's time, but they maybe took a little longer to get all their new gen bikes updated.  All of their newer bikes have very modern aggressive (long/low/slack) geo.  My Chilcotin (with a 160mm rear set-up) in size large has a reach of 491, HA of 64, STA of 77.25, 438 chainstays, 337 BBH and a 1258 wheelbase.  Warden, Fugitive 138 and Delirium are all similar if not more aggressive/modern.  Chainstays are a little shorter than a lot of bikes these days, but with their very long reaches I find it creates a modern long bike that's still easy to maneuver through tighter jankier stuff.
