I've been running some 60tpi 48a Dirt Wizards, which come out at about about
2.9″, on 45mm (internal) rims. I would guess this combo would have made Seb
much much happier. As Morgan says, the tire/rim combo is the key.
My experience might be different because I'm on a hard tail though.
