Neglected muscle groups being recruited due to the new position makes them feel weak too.”_ This is what I’m leaning toward after discussing the topic with Coach Harwood. I’ve also had similar issues away from the bike. We are creatures of habit. Do you think the correlation between shallow STA and short wheelbases is anything more than that?
