Harvard - where they discriminate against Asian and White students at the benefit of Black students? Maybe Harvard has the bias? "In this sense the IAT might also reflect what is learned from a culture that does not regard Black people as highly as White people." A predetermined notion about a culture that apparently does not value Black people, yet we are suppose to believe the test isn't slanted towards an outcome? The results are based on the speed at which you make the connections. If so why change the order of the key strokes as well why use such low quality poor photos? Couple times I actually had to think about the race of the person, one guy even looked Hispanic. If they wanted a true bias response why not have high quality photos presented in the same order each time?
