My Nikon 70-200 2.8E is a staple, it's big to carry but never ever leaves the bag. This review looks legit, strapping down your rig on hikes is really important, if your lens in bouncing around on the flange it's going to cause a lot of expensive problems. So ALWAYS secure the load, and never hike with big heavy glass attached to your camera never!! Yes I learned the hard way.
