So, the seat tube angle (and the saddle position relative the BB) is the same on every size at the same saddle height. I.E. a smaller size wouldn’t change my saddle position at all. One of the nice things about the Banshee geo chart is they show effective seat tube angles for multiple saddle heights. Example: 77* at 600mm saddle height - on all sizes. I absolutely took Stack into account when choosing a frame size and would go large again unless if the STA was notably slacker, as noted. I’m on the long dropouts as that makes the rear centre ~ the same as my custom hardtail so it seemed like a good starting point. Cheers,
