Neil, I've been on a light high grip Verdict on the front for a few months now and its been great in the Surrey slop and best I've tried on wet roots. I had a Shorty DH MG on previously and didn't get on with it. DHF MG was prior to that. The V rolls much faster than the S and grips better on roots and the edges than both the S and F.
