I currently ride what you would call "fireroads" on a tourney equipped 3x7 Trek Marlin 5 (heavy, but I'm not in a hurry and has good low gears for climbing the colombian mountains). I am atonished as how someone thinks Deore is entry level. I am 4 steps behind it. I guess the perspective changes with more money lol.
