A couple years ago I did some volunteering with Endless Biking's spring break
kids camps, Darren told me that he practices switch footed riding when riding
with kids because the pace is slower. I was already practicing riding
technical sections switch-footed, but I started riding entire sections like
that. Now I do the same when I ride with my wife. Good to stay on top of it!
