Anything to do with earbuds and trails should have some sort of caveat about trail etiquette. Wouldn't expect that from a lot of publications, but would expect that from you guys, which is a compliment.
Others may not feel as strongly and I'll definitely admit to some personal bias on this. Seeing someone listening to music or podcasts on anything but a gravel road climb makes me cringe like I'm witnessing someone mix a nice bourbon with Coke. Be present in the experience.
