I've got that Topeak gauge and it's awesome. Initially I was a bit worried about sealant when using the bleed feature but it hasn't been an issue in the year and a half I've had it.
I've been looking at various GPS watches and it's pretty easy to get lost in the sea of options. This one looks pretty cool - worth a deeper dive at least. (ok - I just looked it up and had totally assumed you were being sarcastic about the night vision feature on the "tactical" watch... Hilarious!)
Handlebar in Whistler (Blackcomb base) has a builder tab. Killer beer list and great food, too. Not sure of any local options for doing the same on the 'Shore but would definitely support them if one exists! Along similar lines, a donation to the local trail assoc is great as well. I make a point of joining the local assoc for anywhere I ride more than a couple of days/yr, as number of members can be just important as money.
