Andrew, first, love these articles (finally created an account to comment). I have been riding mtb since roughly 97-98 with lots of nagging injuries and these bike-fit exercises allow some of us to get some guidance on how to keep riding as we age. I moved to a wide 11° bar after the sqlabs article and can ride longer with less pain. Please keep up the good work! (That goes for the rest of NSMB.com as well).
