Yeah, I'd be in the same boat, which is impressive.  Really one of those things that is underrated in terms of actual brand cachet - to the point where I'm confused anybody would ask me to spend $8k on a bicycle that comes with parts I consider completely not up to the task, why am I supposed to believe the non-recurring engineering elsewhere on that vehicle is worth that expenditure? Also, the degree of future-proofing built in through the adjustable Ride-N stuff is great - I'd actually love to see a reappearance of the Ride9 system in some of the other trail bike segments.
