#!markdown DrewM I think part of my problem is the cinch turbine crankset I'm running. From what I understand, it's a consequence of the Race Face direct mount chainline. Pete You're absolutely correct, on the higher gears it is a non issue. I do experience it in the lowest 2 gears though. I suppose the "training myself not to backpedal" part is a more a general thing to get myself out of the habit in general to avoid issues on the trail. I should have been more detailed and less bitchy in my comment 😀
