I had a badly misaligned rear end on a 2013 NS Soda too (the raw/blue/white) and sent it back... maybe you had the one I sent back haha! It was easy to see the misalignment... the axle had to be pushed down like 4-5mm to line up with the other side, and one side of the upper linkage was closer to the seat tube than the other side. The shock and front shock mount would have been side loaded all the time and I probably would have used up a few shock shafts. The distributor was very nice with this and sent me a 2014 black frame for a little bit more money. I liked the black better and didn't mind the price difference. Believe it or not, the 2014 that I have received had a 30.1mm seat tube (supposed to be 30.9) and I couldn't slide my seatpost in at all more than an inch, even when pressing hard. So I sent it back and decided to get a refund and look elsewhere since I did not have confidence in the brand anymore. One friend of mine bought a 2014 at the same time, he didn't check alignment and he's still riding it hard after 6 seasons of hell. Holds up fine!
