Hi John, it's coming! Newly published podcasts take 1-2 weeks to appear on Google's Podcast app, because you can't submit to them - it crawls the net and adds it once it finds the magic SEO combination it's looking for.
The NSMB Podcast is, however, available everywhere else now, and I've updated the article with links to all the most common podcast apps like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher,and Google Music.
