Yep, systemic change is required.
1\. Carbon neutral electric grid.
2\. No more fossil fuel heating in buildings.
3\. No more fossil fuel transportation.
4\. Reforestation.
5\. All packaging biodegradable.
etc.
None of these can be implemented by individuals, but all are absolutely required if we want to take a step back from the brink.
