Looks usable, although I'm not entirely sure why it is needed.
What is definitely needed is a new rubber compound for rear tires, though. Something with better speed and wear characteristics than 3C maxxterra and better wet weather traction than dual compound.
Specialized and Schwalbe are ahead in this regard.
