DH Casing Maxxis Assegai tires on the V10 with the Cush Core. I don't think there is any chance of running a lighter casing tire on the DH bike.
On the Range; I'm running a Super Gravity casing Magic Mary front and Tough Casing WTB rear (which is similar in thickness and weight to a DH casing) with and without Cush Core. I don't think I'd go to lighter casings, especially in the summer.
