Definitely FPV drone. I guessed JohnnyFPV, but looking at that pic on Instagram, it isn't him - I don't recognise the guy, but it isn't Johnny. (He has done some stuff with red bull in the past and is an absolute beast of a pilot).
Finally some real racing dron shots; they are soooo sick - but you need a pilot that is equally as talented as the rider for it to work.
