The answer to this question, IMO, is yes, mention it. Because the vast
majority of people are not going to build their bike "properly" so to speak.
If a company makes awesome bikes but they all explode on the first ride
because they weren't put together properly, and you don't mention it because
if it were yours you would have regreased every nook and cranny, that would be
a pretty big oversight.
