With english being my native language, hopefully I can explain my process! When you instal the cup, they will rotate in a certain direction by a small amount. After your first instal, see how far off you are from centre and then start with the cups that much off centre in the other direction. No guarantees that it will rotate the same amount each time but there are three of us using them and that was the best way we found. Eric
