Works angled headset: The lower bearing was a bit rusty after a year, but this included regular commuting on our heavily salted roads. I should have used some heavier grease. At least replacement bearings shouldn’t be hard to get. This was on my kids bike, which was way to steep, so added a taller fork and -2 headset, to slacken it, lengthen front center(less over the bars for the 7 year old!) and the angled headset kept the bottom racket and stack low. I did get a second one(1 degree), and put it in my Bird Am9 to steepen the headangle.  I know this is rare, but as bikes get slacker and slacker it might become more common. I did this because I wanted to keep the front center on my gigantic bike short for good weight distribution. Using a super short offset, I still have the same trail as the stock bike/fork.
